These terms apply when you use the Loaded app and website ("the app") and place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them. "We", "us" and "Loaded" mean the business trading as Loaded.

Orders are for collection only, from the location you choose when you order. Estimated ready times are a guide, not a guarantee.

An order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, we are closed or too busy, or something looks wrong with the order. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the prices at the time you order. Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to us before you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of them.

Offers, promo codes and loyalty rewards have their own conditions and may be changed or withdrawn. They have no cash value and may not be combined unless we say so.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact the shop as soon as possible using the phone numbers on the Support page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Please use the app fairly and do not try to misuse or interfere with it. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse offers or break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here applies to orders placed while it is displayed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
